Beshay Steel operates a 1.2 MTPY steel melt-shop to produce high quality steel billets of 130 mm x 130 mm x 12 m size. The primary consumers of these billets are the in house rolling mills. This melt-shop is part of Egyptian American Steel Rolling Co., which is a subsidiary of Beshay Steel.
