Beshay Steel is committed to creating a safe and clean working environment for all of its employees.  We will continue to strive to ensure that the highest level of training is given to our employees so that they have the competence and awareness to work injury free in the industrial environment. Our policy focuses on the need to establish standards that are continually met and put into place effective action plans that are followed should the need arise.

The most important factor in our health and safely policy is to protect our employees from work related injuries and from all health and safety risks. Therefore it is our goal to decrease the amount of work related injuries by 40% in 2008. In order to achieve this target we will continue to ensure that all employees are trained appropriately and are promoting high standards of health and safety themselves. Finally we will be implementing a more effective system of recording and monitoring all injuries and breaches of the health and safely policy so problems can be dealt with quickly and efficiently.
